AINP Portal

With Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) Portal, an eligible candidate is able to apply to AINP online, review status and update information for their online application.

Please note the portal is only available to the Candidate of the application.

Important

  • You must meet all eligibility criteria before you apply.
  • Your application will be declined if you do not meet the criteria.
  • The AINP is not obligated to assess/process any applications. Applications to the AINP are treated as an Expression of Interest (EOI), and as such, will be processed according to quality of the application (completeness, eligibility), labour market information, occupational supply and demand forecasting, AINP application volumes, and/or any other factors at the AINP’s discretion. By submitting an application to the AINP you acknowledge and agree that your application may not be processed in the order received, or at all. Further, the decision to assess / process any particular application, and the outcome of any such assessment / processing, is at the AINP’s sole discretion.

To access the AINP Portal, you will be using a system known as MyAlberta Digital ID.

What is MyAlberta Digital ID?

Individuals can use the MyAlberta Digital ID systems to identify themselves to the provincial government. The accounts created in these systems provides Individuals with their own unique online identity. It is free to create and gives you access to many different online government programs and services from different departments.

What if I already have a MyAlberta Digital ID?
If you already have a MyAlberta Digital ID, click the “Get Started” button below and you will be able to log in using the information you normally use.

What if I do not have a MyAlberta Digital ID?
If you do not have a MyAlberta Digital ID, please read the instructions below and click the “Get Started” button:

  • You will first need to create a MyAlberta Digital ID
  • Click the “Get Started” button below and then click on “Create Account”
  • You will be guided through the process of creating a new MyAlberta Digital ID account
  • You will receive a confirmation email. Click on the link provided to return to the login page. You will be asked to login using your new account in order to activate it.
  • Return to this page and click the “Get Started” button below to log in with your new account

Candidate is the authorized owner of the portal account and they are responsible for maintaining accurate and current information in the portal at all times. Family members and authorized representatives cannot access the portal.
